Who is behind the wheel? a murder from this or another state? or as the news media wants to portray a bad driver who just wants to get home. Either way you are are accountable for your actions. The man behind the wheel of the Police car usually doesn't know which. Been there done that.
I am so sick of this, they expect spit second decisions that have to be made right then to be perfect every time, and yet they are not held accountable for what they report? Though it is 50% wrong?
